Submission Screens Moved to the New Site

These are the screens that allow you to submit new titles to dvdaf, correct them, upload pictures, etc. There are also a few much more complex screens that the moderators use to process your requests. All of these have been migrated to the new site.

At this point we have all we need to go live with the new dvdaf site.

However, we do want to get the UPC import screen up and running. It will make it much easier to enter a collection. We think a lot of people will love it. So we want to get it out with this next bang.
